Meet Vanessa
After a 27-year career leading large-scale transformation, technology, and operations initiatives at NBCUniversal, Vanessa Cavorti founded Neon Gritt to help organizations navigate change, strengthen teams, and create meaningful impact.
As Senior Vice President of Platform Solutions, she led teams, products, technology, and large-scale transformation initiatives supporting an $8B+ media and advertising business. Throughout her career, she built high-performing teams, modernized operations, and guided organizations through periods of growth and change.
Today, Vanessa combines executive leadership experience with a passion for wellness and community service, helping organizations strengthen operations, empower people, and drive lasting impact.
